# Changelog

> New features, improvements, and fixes in Culture Vibe.

<Update label="July 2026" tags={["Workspaces","Employees","Reporting"]}>
  ## Company workspaces, PDF reports, and richer employee records

**Shared company workspaces.** Culture Vibe is now built around your company, not a single login. Invite colleagues into your workspace, assign them a role, and everyone sees the same surveys, employees, and results. New teammates join through an invitation link that ties them to your company automatically.

**Roles that fit how HR teams actually work.** Alongside full access, there is now a read-only viewer role for stakeholders who need to see results without being able to change anything.

**Richer employee records.** Employees now carry structured record fields with a full event history, and CSV import updates existing people instead of creating duplicates. Dates are picked from a calendar rather than typed.

**PDF report export.** Export a formatted survey report as a PDF, complete with a written narrative summary of the results.

**Organisational health template packs.** Ready-made question packs in the annual survey builder so you can launch a credible survey without writing questions from scratch.

**Unified listening trends.** Your company engagement trend now draws from one consistent source, so the score on your home page always matches the score in your timeline.

**Pulse improvements.** Add an optional open-ended question to any pulse cycle, curate the next cycle's questions when you are ready rather than upfront, and get a proper confirmation screen after setup.

  ### Fixes

  * Invite-only surveys no longer accept responses through the public short link.
  * Surveys now publish at the intended time regardless of your timezone.
  * The respondent language now follows the language switcher consistently across every screen.
  * Sign-in, sign-up, and password screens share one consistent brand layout.
  * Components across the app were unified onto a single design system, removing visual inconsistencies.

  ## A redesigned home page, smarter themes, and stronger anonymity

**The new survey hub.** Your home page is now a tabbed hub showing every survey and pulse program at a glance. Engagement cards show the current score, the change since last time, and whether the anonymity threshold has been met. Pulse programs get their own card with a trend sparkline.

**Themes powered by embeddings.** Open-text themes are now grouped using semantic similarity rather than sampling, which makes them more accurate at scale and much faster on large surveys. Each theme now also shows its sentiment mix.

**Comment anonymity protection.** Comments are now gated behind the anonymity threshold, so individual responses can never be traced back when response counts are low.

**Survey settings page.** Every survey now has a settings page where you can add invites, resend invitations to people who have not responded, and adjust survey details after publishing.

**Faster navigation.** A surveys dropdown in the sidebar lists your published and expired surveys, survey titles link straight to results or the builder depending on status, and a share button sits next to export in the survey view.

**Surveys close themselves.** When every invited channel has fully participated, the survey closes automatically instead of waiting for the end date.

**A clearer question builder.** The rating questions step was rebuilt with a question bank rail, per-category inline adding, drag-to-reorder category sections, and a clearer question library panel. Template selection is now remembered.

**Analysis refinements.** Strengths and focus areas were redesigned, the drivers section now shows clear ranking and impact, the all-questions table groups by category, export scores show as percentages, and eNPS has an explanatory tooltip.

**Action plan polish.** Animated loaders while the AI generates, plus a proper empty state while you wait.

  ### Fixes

  * Respondent answers now survive a page refresh.
  * Likert scales now run from Strongly Agree first, matching how people expect to read them.
  * Category names, drivers, and question tables now translate correctly when you switch language.
  * Awareness and open-text questions are excluded from the heatmap, where they were never meaningful.
  * Yes/No questions no longer distort benchmark category scores in either language.
  * Fixed a recompute loop on survey close that was consuming excess database bandwidth.
  * Invite expiry copy in emails now states the correct one-day window.

  ## Pulse surveys, a rebuilt analysis tab, and multi-tenant onboarding

**Pulse programs.** The biggest addition to Culture Vibe so far. Set up a recurring short survey once and it runs on its own: cycles compose themselves from a rotating question pool, invites and reminders go out automatically, and each cycle closes on schedule. Every program gets a dashboard with trend, next cycle, cycle history, and settings. A mid-cycle reveal shows early results once enough people have responded to stay anonymous.

**Analysis tab v2.** The analysis experience was rebuilt from the ground up with driver analysis, a themes accordion, cleaner filters, and Excel export.

**Survey templates.** Start from a ready-made survey instead of a blank page, with a restructured creation flow around it.

**Multi-tenant onboarding.** A completely rebuilt onboarding flow with proper company records behind it, so each organisation gets its own isolated workspace from day one.

**eNPS.** Employee Net Promoter Score now flows through the builder, publishing, the respondent experience, and analytics.

**Per-survey anonymity threshold.** Set the minimum number of responses required before results become visible, per survey.

**A rebuilt respondent experience.** The survey page respondents see was rebuilt for clarity, with a formatted introduction replacing the welcome video, dynamic headings, a progress bar, and offline response caps.

**Heatmap benchmarks.** Compare your heatmap against benchmark and company averages.

**Comments redesign.** The comments tab was rebuilt around themes with a proper empty state.

**Dashboard overview redesign.** New KPI cards, a focal engagement panel, and a trend chart.

**Survey builder overhaul.** Live split-view preview on large screens, drag-to-reorder questions, selection counts on each demographic toggle, an editable title with save state in the header, a progress checklist, and improved screen reader support.

**Email overhaul.** Password reset and user invitation emails, with consistent logo branding across all templates.

  ## AI action plans

**Generated action plans.** Culture Vibe now reads your survey results and drafts an action plan for you: what to focus on, why it matters, and concrete steps to take. Plans stream in as they are written.

**AI goal cards.** Turn a generated recommendation into a tracked goal in one click.

**Automatic sentiment analysis.** Open-text sentiment is now analysed the moment a response arrives, rather than in a later batch.

**Bilingual action planning.** Action plans and goals are fully available in both English and Arabic.

  ## Arabic layout, admin controls, and error monitoring

**Proper right-to-left support.** Arabic now renders as a genuine right-to-left interface across the app rather than mirrored English, with the correct font in both language modes and fixed layout on the survey page.

**Accessibility improvements** across components throughout the product.

**Admin access controls.** Admin routes now enforce the admin role at every layer, with graceful handling when a check cannot be completed.

**Error monitoring.** Sentry is now integrated, so problems are caught and fixed faster.

**Mobile fixes.** The strategy, top management, and open feedback sections now fit correctly on small screens.

**Other improvements.** Cleaner heatmap score colours, a logout button, security updates to dependencies, and a redirect straight to your dashboard after updating your password.

  ## Row-level security and survey timing

**Correct survey timing everywhere.** Survey end dates are now normalised to UTC, so a survey ends when you expect it to no matter where you or your respondents are. Survey status is now derived from the end date, so a survey with a future end date correctly shows as published.

**Cleaner demographics.** The optional name question was removed from survey demographics to reinforce anonymity, and department, location, and experience prompts were reworded in both languages for clarity.

**More accurate scores.** Yes/No questions are no longer mixed into Likert scale averages, and full question text now displays without truncation.
