# Troubleshooting and frequently asked questions

## Survey access

    Use the complete link from the latest email. The token may be expired, already completed, or connected to a closed survey.

  <Accordion title="I submitted but did not see confirmation">
    Reopen the link before submitting again. If it shows completion or no longer accepts a response, contact the organizer.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The survey is in the wrong language">
    Use the available language control when shown. If the expected language is unavailable, tell the organizer.

## Results and privacy

  <Accordion title="Why are results or heatmap cells hidden?">
    The selected group may be below the anonymity threshold or have no valid response for the measure.

  <Accordion title="Why are final themes not visible yet?">
    Survey-close analytics and AI theme extraction run in the background and may need a short processing period.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is response rate the same as engagement rate?">
    No. Response rate measures participation. Engagement scores summarize answers to defined engagement questions.

## Pulse surveys

  <Accordion title="Can pulse and engagement survey averages be connected as one trend?">
    No. The overall metrics use different question sets. Only an exact shared canonical question with the same wording and scale can be compared directly.

  <Accordion title="Why didn’t a pulse question repeat?">
    Rotating questions move through the program pool. Anchored and pinned questions follow different composition rules.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I unsubscribe from a pulse?">
    Use the unsubscribe link in a pulse invitation. The opt-out applies to that program.
