# Create and manage action plans

> Turn a focused survey insight into goals, initiatives, ownership, and progress.

An action plan closes the listening loop. Choose a small number of priorities that leaders can explain and support.

## Create a plan manually

Open the survey’s **Action plan** tab, select the insight you want to address, and define a clear outcome. Add practical initiatives, an owner, and a way to review progress.

## Generate a draft with AI

Culture Vibe can stream an AI-generated plan based on authorized survey context. Treat it as a draft. Confirm feasibility, language, accountability, and any assumptions before saving or sharing it.

## Write useful goals

A useful goal states:

* What should improve
* Who owns the work
* Which actions will be taken
* When progress will be reviewed

## Manage plans across surveys

The aggregate action-plans view brings together manual goals and AI-generated plans. Pulse-aware context helps you connect follow-up listening with active work.

  Communicate what you heard, what you chose, and what will happen next. Visible follow-through builds more trust than a long list of commitments.
