Workspace and employee roster
Your workspace contains company settings and reporting dimensions such as department, job level, and location. The employee roster supplies invite recipients and the demographic context used in reporting.Engagement surveys
An engagement survey is a broad diagnostic. It usually covers several categories and is best for establishing a baseline, finding drivers, and prioritizing action.Pulse programs
A pulse program sends short recurring survey cycles. Stable questions provide continuity, while rotating questions explore current topics without making every cycle long.Invitations and shared links
Personal invitations connect a response opportunity to an employee and let you monitor delivery and completion. Shared links are easier to distribute but do not provide the same invitation denominator.Scores, response rate, and eNPS
- A score summarizes answers to a question or defined set of questions.
- Response rate describes participation. It is not an engagement score.
- eNPS groups 0–10 answers into promoters, passives, and detractors, then subtracts the detractor percentage from the promoter percentage.
Anonymity threshold
Thresholds prevent reporting for groups with too few responses. A hidden result does not mean the responses were lost; it means the segment is too small to display safely.Themes
Themes are patterns analyzed across all comments written, for example if 40 out of 100 employees mention the same topic (ex: Work-Life Balance) a theme will have a title of “Work-Life Balance Inconsistency” showing sentiment across comments, if negative is the dominant percentage then the theme will be displayed in the negative section (but it will still show you the splitting of the sentiment percentages).Action plans
Action plans turn one focused insight into goals, initiatives, owners, and progress. They can be created manually or drafted with Culture Vibe AI.Compare metrics only when their definition and question basis match. Similar labels do not automatically make two scores comparable.
