Complete company setup
Add the company profile and reporting dimensions you plan to use. Keep dimension values consistent before importing employees.
2
Prepare the employee roster
Add employees manually or import a CSV. Check email addresses and demographic fields before creating invitations.
3
Create an engagement survey
Open Create survey, choose a template or start from the question bank, and keep the first survey focused.
4
Choose audience and privacy settings
Decide between personal invitations and a shared link. Configure demographics, language, closing date, and the anonymity threshold.
5
Review and publish
Preview the respondent experience, confirm the question order, and publish only when the audience and settings are final.
6
Monitor and close
Track participation during the response window. After closing, use the overview, analysis, heatmap, comments, and action-plan tabs.
A good first-survey checklist
- The survey has one clear purpose.
- Questions are understandable and not duplicated.
- Demographic fields match the roster.
- The anonymity threshold is appropriate.
- Leaders know when results will be reviewed and communicated.
