Complete workspace setup before launching surveys. Stable company data makes audience selection and analysis easier later.
1

Complete the company profile

Add the company name, industry, size, and other requested details during onboarding.
2

Define reporting dimensions

In Settings, review departments, job levels, locations, and other available dimensions. Use names that employees and leaders recognize.
3

Add employees

Build the roster manually or import a CSV. Each employee record should use the same dimension values configured in settings.
4

Review benchmark settings

Confirm the company cohort before relying on benchmark comparisons. Eligibility also depends on Culture Vibe’s contribution rules.

Keep dimensions clean

  • Choose one spelling for each value.
  • Avoid near-duplicates such as “People” and “People team.”
  • Do not create segments so narrow that anonymity thresholds will hide them.
  • Update dimensions before launching a survey when possible.
Changing a label later does not rewrite the historical context of every response. Document material reorganizations so trend interpretation remains honest.

Finish onboarding

Culture Vibe keeps the dashboard setup flow active until onboarding is completed. Use the setup checklist on the home page to find missing items.
You can update workspace settings, but a new field cannot retroactively appear on responses that did not capture it.
The segment may be below the configured anonymity threshold or may not have enough completed responses.
