The employee roster supports personal invitations, audience selection, demographics, and pulse unsubscribe preferences.
An employee record is a survey-participant record, not a dashboard user. Adding or importing an employee does not grant Culture Vibe dashboard access. To give someone dashboard access, invite them from Team and assign a workspace role. See Team access and roles.

Add employees

Open Employees and add a person manually when you have only a few records to manage. Enter a valid email address and the dimension values you want to use in analysis.

Import a CSV

1

Prepare the file

Use one row per employee. Keep headers clear and ensure email addresses are unique and correctly formatted.
2

Match dimensions

Use the exact department, job-level, and location values configured in workspace settings.
3

Import and review

Upload the file, review validation feedback, then check the roster before creating a survey audience.

Maintain the roster

  • Correct bounced or mistyped email addresses.
  • Update dimension values when employees move teams.
  • Remove or exclude people who should not receive a future invitation.
  • Review pulse opt-outs before assuming every employee will be contacted.
Updating an employee after an invitation is created does not necessarily change the demographic snapshot already associated with that survey response flow.
Check required fields, email formatting, duplicate records, and whether dimension values match your workspace configuration.
Yes. Pulse invitations include a program-specific unsubscribe route. The employee can opt out of that program without changing unrelated surveys.
No. Emails are sent when you publish or distribute a survey through an invitation workflow.
